  • Otherwise, you can choose MVA Initial Assessment for motor vehicle accidents or WCB Initial Assessment for your work related injury.

All of our clinicians are highly skilled with a variety of post-graduate skill sets. Our treatments focus on client-based care starting with a thorough assessment determining and discussing with the client the cause of pain or injury and develop a treatment plan with your goals in mind. Our treatments plans are individualized to the client and may include a variety of hands on manual treatment, modalities, education and individualized exercise programs.

In addition to traditional modalities of Transcutaneous Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation (TENS) and Hydrotherapy, we also offer Acupuncture, Functional Dry Needling, Shockwave, Ultrasound and Mechanical Spinal Decompression Traction as adjuncts to treatments as clinically indicated.

Ally graduated from University of Western Ontario with her Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2005.

She has practiced in several acute care settings focused on joint arthroplasties, orthopedic repairs, and fractures.

Ally is certified with Acupuncture Level 2 from Acupuncture Canada Certification, and Functional Dry Needling Level 2 from Kinetacore which facilitates quicker recovery and pain control.

Ally is also trained with Manual Therapy and Selective Functional Movement Assessment that assists with maintaining joint mobility during rehabiliation of injuries.

Sandra became a Registered Massage Therapist driven by a deep curiosity about how the body functions and a desire to create lasting positive change. She finds fulfillment in helping people move more freely, reduce pain, and feel better in their bodies. Whether it’s recovering from an injury, relieving tension, or simply taking time to relax, Sandra is dedicated to providing care that makes a meaningful difference.

Her treatment approach is centered on restoring pain-free movement through targeted, effective therapy. By addressing muscle tension and enhancing mobility, she empowers clients to move with confidence and ease in their daily lives. Sandra believes massage therapy is not only about immediate relief but also about promoting long-term wellness and preventing injuries.

Anne Gilchrist completed her Physiotherapy degree from Queen’s University in 1991. She has worked almost exclusively in orthopedics/sports clinics since graduation. Anne made the trek west to Alberta in 2007 to enjoy its wonderful outdoors.

She is trained in manual therapy, post-partum back rehabilitation, MVA rehabilitation, sports injuries, and post-fracture and surgery rehabilitation. She is a Mackenzie D level therapist.
